For more then 31 years, I have built a wealth of experience in the FF&E related business both in Europe and, for the past 23 years, here in the Middle East.

In the early 90’ies I ran my own Interior Decoration Retail & Wholesale Company, Accessories Collections, in Belgium. I then went on to manage retail outlets for Internationally renowned Interior Decoration companies including Laura Ashley and Flamant Home Interiors in Brussels, Belgium.

At the turn of the millennium I moved to Dubai in the Middle East where, for the past 23 years, I have extended my Interior Design, Project Management and Procurement expertise in the fields of both Residential and Hospitality.

I worked for the industry leaders in hospitality procurement The Parker Company, firstly as Senior Project Coordinator on the Madinat Jumeirah Resort, Dubai, a 5 star exclusive Arabic style beach resort, including the Mina Al Salam Hotel, the Al Qasr Hotel and Six Senses Spa, which opened in 2003. I was then Project Manager on the Park Hyatt Hotel in Dubai, which opened in 2005, a 5 star exclusive boutique style business hotel within the Hyatt operation.

In March 2007 I founded Natascha Roes Design, my own Interior Design & Lifestyle Consultancy business, of which I am Managing Director.

This has given me the opportunity to become a Niche Market Leader, by offering a very personalized and bespoke service to my Residential, Commercial and Hospitality clients, many of whom have become personal friends over the years and avid promoters of my business, since the best advertisement is through personal referrals!

I also feel very privileged to have been able to work on private projects for highly esteemed individuals, including members of the Royal Family of the United Arab Emirates.

My business has grown organically over the past 16 years, and now I’m taking it to the next level, by expanding my business activities further into the Hospitality and Lifestyle arena.
