3. Our office in Dubai

Dubai has become the hub in the Middle East during the last two decades for many industries. Not only the tourism and real estate markets have flourished, the strong retail market has lead to increased investments by International brands. This has elevated Interior Design and Architecture to new levels, since this city is one of the places in the world where the word impossible does not exist! One of the grandest examples of that is the Burj Khalifa.

Therefor our natural choice is to be Dubai based, since this is the hub for Creative Communities, bringing designers and design enthusiasts together from all over the world.

4. How do we work:

We work with a consistent team, including our ID Architect, Draftsman and 3D Visualizer to maintain a high level of services. Next to that we always select the best fit for our client and the project when it comes manufacturers, suppliers, contractors and specialists whom are an integral part of creating our clients dreams and delivering a successful project together.

5. What is the process when you Hire Us for your project:

Phase 1: Mobilization
  • Kick-off meeting to discuss the requirements with you and the project team.
  • Establish the scope of work and obtain your budget approval to proceed with the design work.
  • Visit the site and analyze existing conditions that will affect and influence the overall design.
  • Prepare a Preliminary Concept Design Presentation.
Phase 2: Concept & Schematic Design
  • Provide you with the Concept Presentation and Mood boards of FF&E intent including options of styles of furniture and preliminary selections of soft furnishings.
  • Develop Concept Furniture Layouts for your approval.
  • Provide you with the Schematic Presentation of Material Boards with selection of all hard finishes, soft furnishings, furniture, ironmongery, lighting selections etc.
  • Prepare preliminary Furniture & Floor plans, Ceiling plans, and Wall finishes for your approval.
  • Present you with the 3D Perspective Images as agreed.

Phase 3: Design Development & Fit-Out Documentation
  • Provide you with the design documentation for the update of the construction/fit-out cost estimate.
  • Finalize all FF&E schedules and specifications for the project, in full coordination with the AutoCAD drawings.
  • Provide you with a fully coordinated documentation package of drawings and layouts to include the following:
    • -Wall, Floor and Ceiling designs and details
    • -General lighting layouts
    • -Bathrooms & Kitchen designs and details
    • -Joinery design and General supporting details
    • -Full Specification Document for FF&E
    • -Full Specification Document for Materials & Finishes

On this basis, you’ll be ready to award the contract to your selected contractor and move onto the next step of the project.


Phase 4: Project Management

We love what we do, and honestly speaking, which Interior Designer is not a control freak, so we offer full project management services for your project needs.

Nailing down your design is one thing, but proper execution with attention to detail of your beautiful concept, is for us a walk in the park and we’ll be happy to help you with this integral part of your project.


Phase 5: FF&E Procurement

Since we purchase for many projects all the time, we have established long standing relationships with manufacturers and suppliers worldwide. Hence we are able to negotiate and offer competitive prices for materials as specified for your project.

At the same time we will monitor FF&E fabrications for quality and contract compliance.

The final part of this phase is the receiving of deliveries of procured FF&E items to the site and the final installation of the same. Your house has becomes a home!
